 Your Repsonsibilities:

  • Lead verification and validation activities on assigned platforms, ensuring alignment with applicable practices and guidelines
  • Guide, develop, and mentor a dedicated test team, defining technical needs and aligning with engineering management to meet business priorities
  • Plan and execute multiple validation plans, manage test bench equipment and infrastructure, and analyze test results, ensuring compliance with test specifications
  • Serve as the single point of contact for business stakeholders, coordinating risk identification and mitigation and contributing to requirement specifications
  • Develop innovative test methods, keep up to date with state-of-the-art testing, and prepare comprehensive validation reports, presenting progress and results in reviews
 Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in engine and component test and validation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of reciprocating engine technology, software integration, engine calibration, and parameter management
  • Ability to lead complex validation projects independently within a cross-functional engineering team and define validation strategies from product to component level
  • Proficient in development models and methods, such as V-model and agile methods like Scrum, with strong technical presentation skills
  • Team leader experience is beneficial and excellent communication skills in English & German 
  • Willingness to travel up to max. 20%

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.673,74 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
