Your work field
- In this position you will build and maintain an automation test-infrastructure for verification/validation of Schneider Electric products (e.g. Drives/ PLC, etc. ) by using Labview, Teststand and Testcomplete.
- You will develop and execute hardware test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products.
- Identify defects and report them to the development team for resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving product quality.
- Collaborate with hardware design engineers to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for hardware products.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and work with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain test fixtures and test equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques for hardware testing.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hardware testing, preferably with frequency converters and electrical machines.
- Strong understanding of hardware components, architectures, and systems.
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You speak English fluently with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Communicative German language skills are desirable. Any additional language is an asset.

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications and professional experience, will start from 45.000 Euros gross annually.
