The CRM Team is responsible for optimizing and adapting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution to gain a 360° view onto our customers. With this we aim to improve our customer communication and create the best possible customer journey.

What you will work on

 

  • You lead the implementation and customization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet both technical and functional needs of the organization
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to a team of CRM specialists, helping them make informed decisions and solve complex technical challenges
  • Spearhead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications to streamline workflows effectively
  • Stay on top of industry best practices and emerging trends to consistently refine the CRM system and its processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to shape CRM strategies in alignment with business objectives

 

What you bring with you

 

  • Strong technical background with Hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • In-depth understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices
  • Experience leading and managing development teams in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Good Language skills in German and English

 

We offer a gross annual salary starting from EUR 80,000, all-in depending on your skills and experience.
