Your tasks

• Overall project coordination starting from the kick-off meeting to the functional testing of our equipment (FAT/SAT) to the final project handover to the service department
• Project planning, control and monitoring for the pharmaceutical industry
• Protocol and document management according to corresponding GMP standards
• Moderation of customer meetings as well as regular exchange directly with the customer
• First point of contact for internal and external project partners
• Ongoing support of our customers in the execution phase

Education

• Completed technical / business education
• Professional experience in project management is an advantage
• Very good communication skills in English and German
• Open, communicative and self-motivated character
• Team player with independent working style and strong customer focus
• Professional experience in the field of project management is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time
