IT-Software Asset Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our IT team at our locations in Deutschlandsberg, Szombathely or Málaga, we are looking for an IT-Software Asset Manager (m/w/d).

Your responsibilities

• Operation and further development of our service platform (Matrix 42)
• Establishment and expansion of global ITIL asset management processes
• Responsible for advising on processes related to the ITIL service platform and for the global software asset management process
• Advising on and reviewing licensing issues
• Standardizing and expanding the most important core processes related to IT support
• Supporting your colleagues in designing new and existing processes

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree in IT Systems Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
• Many years of experience in the IT operations management and its processes (ITIL)
• You are familiar with service management tools
• Good knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM)
• Professional in the field of license management
• You are familiar with the planning and implementation of IT Projects
• You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• You have business-fluent English skills, written and spoken

Salary: from € 4,500 gross per month (14x) with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
