Ihre Aufgaben:

Coordinate product-related topics with IT, UX/UI, and business teams
Assist in defining product requirements and tracking progress
Monitor product performance (KPIs, customer feedback, usage)
Contribute to improving digital customer journeys and processes
Support product launches, campaigns, and internal coordination

Das bringen Sie mit:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, digital banking or fintech
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Analytical mindset and structured way of working
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Jira or similar tools is an advantage
Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Mindestbruttoentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag bei Erfüllung der Mindestanforderungen:

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3.272,23 / month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
