The Department of Agricultural Sciences, Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Department of Ecosystem Management, Climate and Biodiversity, Institute of Forest Engineering are currently seeking a Student employee in project employment.

Extent of employment: 10 hours per week

Duration of employment: 9th of January 2026, limited to 31st of December 2028

Allocation in compliance with the Collective Agreement for University Staff to job group: C

Gross monthly salary: depending on previous eligible experience at least Euro 675,00, payable 14 times per year

Responsibilities

• Assistance in the creation of lecture and training materials, offline and online.
• Assistance to publications of project results in journals, popular science and scientific.
• Participation in national and international conferences with posters on partial project results.
• Assistance in the preparation and delivery of teaching courses.
• Assistance to project management.

Required skills and qualifications

• Students, preferably in the field of study Agriculture, Forestry, Mechanical Engineering, related technical disciplines, etc.
• Language skills: German and English.

Desirable skills and qualifications

• In a diploma program, agriculture and forestry with technical expertise, related technical disciplines, etc.
• Good IT skills, including simulations.
• Independence, teamwork, creative problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Completion of examinations in occupational science and ergonomics.
