Your key responsibilities
Translate customer needs into smart, functional application features
Define technical specs and write high-quality, maintainable code
Develop business-critical applications, custom extensions, and interface systems
Build integrations with external systems, EDI, and contract manufacturer software
Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications
Get ready to integrate AI and machine learning models into applications as we expand our tech horizon
Your profile
Completed education in IT, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field (HTL or equivalent)
First practical experience through internships, academic projects, or initial professional experience in business application development is an advantage
Tech Stack: Python, Java, VB.NET, C++
Experience with software systems, architecture, and implementation
Familiarity with SQL and data processing
First-hand experience or interest in AI/ML tools and frameworks is a big plus
Fluent in German and English
Strong analytical mindset, clean coding habits, and team spirit
