Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company focused on custom, high-quality technical solutions. We’re looking for new team members to strengthen the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Administration, maintenance, and further development of the ERP system landscape, including integrated systems (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM, SAGE)
• Support and optimization of interfaces, as well as ensuring stable system operation
• Management, optimization, and further development of SQL databases and data structures, including ensuring data quality
• Analysis and optimization of business processes in collaboration with line departments
• Planning and implementation of internal IT projects, as well as continuous system improvement
• Preparation of analyses, reports, and technical documentation
• Analyzing and resolving system issues, as well as providing support and advice to users
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners

Your Profile

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Experience in administering ERP systems, as well as strong SQL and database skills (e.g., MS SQL Server)
• Knowledge of system integration, interfaces, and ideally DMS and/or PLM systems
• Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server 2019 and later, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11) is a plus
• Analytical thinking, a strong understanding of processes, and a structured approach to work
• Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 3,500.00 euros gross per month for a 38.5-hour workweek.
