In this position, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the heating systems of tomorrow. As an Expert Heating Systems, you will work on the development of innovative heating systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our existing burner portfolio. You will work closely with various departments such as Engineering, Production, Sales and Service and make an important contribution to the development of future-oriented technologies.
In this varied position, you will take responsibility for development projects and focus on optimizing combustion processes, improving system efficiency and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements. You will also support and train internal teams and our customers, bringing your technical expertise to various interfaces across the organization.

TASKS
- Overall project responsibility from the time the order is placed, with close cross-departmental collaboration
- Planning and managing the entire project workflow (deadlines, quality, costs) for assigned plant projects
- Working according to defined standards and processes using appropriate project management methods
- Actively implementing change, claim, and risk management
- Leading the project team
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project duration and taking responsibility for project progress
PROFILE
- Completed technical and/or business training (e.g., apprenticeship/HTL/university/university of applied sciences)
- Solid technical expertise in an industrial setting
- Preferably several years of experience in project management for industrial plant construction projects
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and intercultural competence
- Very good computer skills (especially MS Office and SAP)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, high level of commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English language skills (C1 level)

We would like to emphasize that the advertised salary corresponds to the minimum basic salary under the collective agreement, but this is only the lower limit. The minimum salary under the collective agreement (Metalworking Industry) is € 64,829.94 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we naturally offer an attractive salary above this minimum.
