Join us as Project Manager (m/w/d) Renewables & Traction Transformers at Siemens Energy in Wollsdorf, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating international offers and cross-functional teams, including collaboration with our Jinan location in China when applicable. You will lead the management of offer scope, timelines, and internal and external communication, ensuring that all calculations align with our internal guidelines. Imagine preparing compelling offer documents and engaging in customer negotiations, driving initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining a clear understanding of technical deliverables and commercial requirements. Your project responsibility will span from the bid decision to the handover to project management, ensuring all customer communications and escalations are effectively managed.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate international offer processes and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration across regions.
• Prepare competitive commercial offers in line with internal guidelines, including the creation of comprehensive offer documentation.
• Actively support customer interactions during the bidding phase by developing negotiation materials and contributing to commercial discussions.
• Lead cost-out initiatives that strengthen competitiveness while safeguarding quality, performance, and customer expectations.
• Take ownership of customer communications and escalation management, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and a positive customer experience throughout the offer process.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering or a related field forms the foundation of your expertise.
• Proven experience in international offer management or sales enables you to successfully navigate complex commercial and technical environments.
• Strong organizational capabilities, combined with an analytical mindset, help you structure and understand complex calculations and processes.
• An intercultural perspective and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams contribute to successful cooperation in a global environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills allow you to communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 62.609,54 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
