Your Tasks

• Lead and develop SAP BI data models and analytics solutions for Finance.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable, high-quality reporting and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for decision-making.
• Act as a technical partner for Finance stakeholders, translating needs into specifications.
• Collaborate with BI, SAP, and IT teams on architecture, data flows, and solution design.
• Support end-to-end BI delivery, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Improve existing reporting solutions based on feedback and business needs.
• Contribute to Finance digitalization and data initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of data models and analytics approaches.
• Stay current with SAP BI and analytics technologies and promote useful innovations.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in SAP BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable data modeling and BI technologies.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and requirements, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data governance, and analytical solution design.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize data using BI tools such as SAP BW, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel as a specialist role.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or PMI.
• Understanding of advanced analytics or planning models.

Due to legal reasons the minimum salary for this position is EUR 4,256.51 per month based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week. A higher and market conform remuneration is offered depending on experience and qualification.
