Key Tasks

Independent design and development of manual and automated tests based on product requirements
Implementation of automated tests and test specifications in Java
Creation of test plans and execution of exploratory tests for key software features
Continuous testing alongside development of Java (Spring) and JavaScript (Vanilla, React) software components
Integration of test suites into the delivery pipeline and further development of the test tool landscape

Key Qualifications

Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
Initial professional experience in testing and verification of complex projects or product developments
Programming skills in Java and JavaScript
Basic knowledge of container technologies (e.g. Docker)
Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, Jira is an advantage
Knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Jasmine) is desirable
Familiarity with operating systems, preferably Linux, is an advantage
ISTQB certification is a plus
