What you'll own

We're looking for a Finance AI Intern (f/m/d) who builds things that actually get used.

You'll work at the intersection of Finance, RevOps, and Operations, automating the manual work that slows smart teams down. That means shipping internal tools, AI agents, and system integrations that replace copy-paste workflows with clean, reliable pipelines.

• Automation at the core: Eliminate recurring manual processes like reconciliations, data syncing across Salesforce, ERP and BI, monthly reporting packs, and invoice and expense workflows.
• AI agents with real impact: Build end-to-end agents that handle repetitive Finance and Operations tasks, from data extraction and validation to system updates and Slack or email notifications.
• Internal apps you own: Spec, build, and deploy lightweight dashboards and tools that replace fragmented spreadsheets and legacy tooling.
• System integrations that stick: Connect Salesforce, accounting, HRIS, and BI via APIs so data flows automatically.
• Direct stakeholder partnership: Work alongside Finance and Operations teams to scope real problems, prototype fast, and measure hours saved.

What we are looking for

• Technical foundation: Strong coding ability in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript, with working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and Git.
• AI-native builder: Hands-on experience shipping projects with AI coding assistants and at least one workflow automation platform such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Domain bridge: Curiosity about finance operations and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Delivery mindset: A track record of shipping working v1s quickly and explaining projects built end-to-end.
• Logistics: Fluent English, valid work permit for Austria, and based in or commutable to Vienna. German is a plus.

Bonus points include exposure to Salesforce or other CRM and ERP systems, and experience with finance or operations workflows such as billing, procurement, payroll, or month-end close.

You'll receive a competitive compensation package of minimum EUR 1,400 gross monthly based on collective agreement, tailored to qualifications, experience, and the role.
