Logistics Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Receiving and maintaining customer references on the quality of dry and bulk cargo delivery/on the quality of assembly, packaging
- Receipt and management of warehousing requests for product quality/packaging/delivery
- Appeals statistics preparation and analysis
- Preparation and control of activities aimed to reducing customers' appeals in quantity/cost
- Control of corrective measures aimed at reducing the number of incoming claims
- Maintaining and updating CRM database
- Preparation of technical tasks, testing and commissioning of CRM improvements aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of the technical service
- Claiming payment control on the basis of analytics
- Receipts registration
Requirements
- Higher education, min. Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years of experience in container and truck, multimodal transport procurement in Europe
- Good knowledge of the EU Customs code and experience with delivery/cargo claim processing
- Knowledge of CMR convention, B/Ls set up, ADR requirements, characteristics of transport units for packed and bulk delivery
- Experience in negotiations with C level for transport service providers
- Good knowledge of the Russian and English languages
