The Mission

As Senior Product Designer for Securities & Commodities, you will turn the high-stakes, data-heavy complexity of equities, derivatives, commodities and real-world assets into seamless, intuitive user journeys. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Compliance to drive impact on conversion, retention and user trust.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA products across mobile and web platforms.
• Translate dense financial mechanics including margin trading, commodities trading and automated recurring investments into accessible, low-friction journeys.
• Use user research, usability testing and behavioral analysis to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, validate hypotheses and improve KPIs such as trading conversion and drop-off rates.
• Contribute to scalable design architecture and apply high UX standards across investment areas.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk and Legal in a regulated environment to shape the roadmap and ensure feasible, compliant feature implementations.

Who You Are

• You have a strong background in Product, UX and UI Design with mandatory experience in complex fintech, brokerage, trading or wealth management ecosystems.
• You are highly proficient in Figma, rapid prototyping and interaction design.
• You can turn data-heavy interfaces and intricate workflows into clean, elegant systems.
• You use behavioral analytics, A/B testing and funnel metrics to drive design decisions and improve engagement, adoption and retention.
• You have experience in fast-moving, regulated environments and can balance Risk and Compliance requirements with the end-user experience.
• You bring strong customer empathy and stakeholder management skills.
