For our IT Team we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture framework — defining the standards, policies, and governance that keep the application landscape consistent and scalable, informed by direct evaluation of key technologies rather than theory alone.
- Translate business and IT strategy into an actionable architecture roadmap, and stay close to delivery by reviewing solution designs and working directly with solution architects and project teams as they build.
- Develop and drive the integration and interface strategy — setting the patterns and standards for connectivity across applications, systems, and platforms.
- Manage the application portfolio and lifecycle: safelisting solutions, and making pragmatic upgrade/sunset recommendations based on real technical trade-offs.
- Advise stakeholders at all levels — from solution architects to senior leadership — on technology choices and architectural risk, and communicate recommendations clearly across the organization.
- Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the landscape modern and future-ready.
Your Profile
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture within an international organization, including managing complex application landscapes and setting architecture standards and governance.
- Experience aligning IT strategy and technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Solid knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware, plus broad exposure to business applications such as ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, and cloud platforms.
- Pragmatic decision-making — able to weigh business value, cost, and risk, and back it up with strong stakeholder communication up to C-level.
- Hands-on, structured, and results-driven, comfortable working independently and across international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
