Your tasks
Collaboration in the field of automated bending, vision
Implementation of a 3D measurement of bent parts for quality control of the bending result
Development and evaluation of AI-based image processing algorithms:
Object recognition and localization, especially of sheet metal blanks
Video analysis of bending machines in operation (e.g. using VLMs)
Segmentation of the inner area of bending cells, e.g. for collision avoidance
Your profile
Completed technical education (HTL/FH/University)
Sound knowledge of C#/.NET, basic knowledge of C++
Experience with Python
Understanding of robotics
Know-how in the field of automated bending
Knowledge of image processing/optics (MVTec Halcon)
Confident handling of Git
High problem-solving ability and initiative
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
High level of commitment
