Your tasks

• Management and organization of the maintenance department with responsibility for approx. 50-60 employees
• Ensuring the operational readiness and availability of a total of 200 processing machines and assembly systems
• Planning, controlling and monitoring maintenance, inspection and repair work, both preventive and corrective
• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtimes and maximize system availability
• Continuous improvement of technical processes by analyzing the causes of faults and introducing measures to increase efficiency
• Budget planning and cost control in the area including investment planning for plant modernization and spare parts management
• Coordination and cooperation with other specialist departments such as production, quality and work preparation
• Responsibility for compliance with legal and internal company safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Leading, developing and motivating the maintenance team and ensuring qualification measures
• Communication with external service providers and suppliers in the areas of maintenance, repair and spare parts

Your profile

• Completion of a technical education (HTL/FH/TU) with a focus on mechatronics, automation technology or similar
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of maintenance/industrial engineering
• Experience in industry, preferably in the automotive industry with an OEM is an advantage
• Leadership skills and experience
• Organizational skills
• Desire to shape, change and modernize

Gross salary per year (all-in incl. bonus), at 38.5 hours depending on qualifications and professional experience: 90.000,00 EUR to 100.000,00 EUR.
