Product Management (m/f/d) - Health Monitoring and Data Analysis

Our customer's products support farmers in the optimal management of their herds. We are looking for motivated employees to strengthen the team.

Your task

Development and management of the product strategy for Health Monitoring & Analytics in line with the Lely vision "sustainable, profitable and enjoyable farming"
Continuous market, customer and competitor analysis to identify requirements, trends and differentiation potentials
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as R&D, software development, data science and sales for the agile implementation of new features and data-based services
Building use cases and business cases around sensor technology, early warning systems and predictive animal health models
Sales training and support for product launches
Monitoring of KPIs for continuous product improvement and value maximization

Education in the field of agricultural sciences, data science, animal health, or comparable
Experience in product management, ideally in the field of agricultural technology, life sciences or IoT-based solutions
Technical understanding of data-driven systems and digital platforms
High affinity for animal health, precision dairy farming and business contexts
Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
Business fluent in German and English

Gross salary per month, for 38.5 hours: 3.200,00€ to 4.200,00€
