Ihre Aufgaben – das erwartet Sie

• Installation, Entstörung und Wartung unserer Banken- und Handelsprodukte wie Geldautomaten, Kassensysteme sowie Self-Checkout-Lösungen bei unseren Kunden
• Kundenorientierte Betreuung und technische Beratung vor Ort
• Dokumentation Ihrer Serviceeinsätze unterstützt durch unsere mobilen Applikationen

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Systemelektronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise besitzen Sie bereits Außendienst-Erfahrung
• Technisches Verständnis & handwerkliches Geschick
• Kundenorientiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich
• Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C.1 GER); Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
• Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung 
• Dauerhaft gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B (3) für Deutschland

Your tasks - this is what you can expect

• Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of our banking and retail products such as ATMs, POS systems and self-checkout solutions at our customers' sites
• Customer-orientated support and technical advice on site
• Documentation of your service assignments supported by our mobile applications

Your profile - what you need

• Completed training in the field of IT/system electronics or comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have field service experience
• Technical understanding & manual dexterity
• Customer-orientated and independent work is a matter of course for you
• Reliability, initiative and the ability to communicate and work in a team round off your profile
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C.1 GER); knowledge of English desirable
• Willingness to work flexible hours 
• Permanent valid Class B (3) driver's license for Germany
