Technical trainer (f/m/x)

Our internationally active customer, located in the Passau area, is a leading equipment manufacturer and provider of process solutions for one of the most innovative industries.

We are looking for motivated employees to strengthen our team.

Your tasks

• Prepare and conduct face-to-face and online training and coaching for technicians in English and German
• Identify the training needs of the technicians and create individual training plans together with the service managers of worldwide subsidiaries
• Create and develop training materials and documentation
• Contribute to the further development and conception of training courses and training methods in an international team

Your profile

• Completed technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology such as HTL / FH or comparable expertise
• Ideally professional experience in a training environment
• Experience in a technical profession as a service technician or in commissioning is an advantage
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of working
• Pleasure in dealing with people of all cultural backgrounds
• Organizational talent and communication skills
• Very good English
• Minimal willingness to travel
• Ability to explain complicated technical processes in an understandable way
