You will help lay the foundation of accilium in Romania while taking ownership of client challenges from day one. Expect diverse digitalization projects, an open team culture, and transparent career progression - your performance drives your next step toward Senior Consultant/Associate Manager.
Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support client strategies.
Break down complex client challenges into manageable components.
Develop and test hypotheses to solve clients’ most pressing business problems.
Use structured problem-solving approaches and consulting frameworks to create clarity and actionable insights.
Translate abstract concepts into practical solutions with measurable impact.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.
Synthesize findings into clear, compelling presentations for clients.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.
Develop high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership initiatives.
Education: A completed university degree, as we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.
Professional Experience: Internship or Working Student experience in consulting and relevant industries during studying time
Ambition and Growth Mindset: Willingness to challenge yourself everyday and go the extra mile in a highly-competitive environment
Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*
