Your mission
As Product Manager for Crypto, you will own key feature execution and user flows for the customer-facing crypto product suite, including trading, staking, and on-chain deposits and withdrawals. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Legal to turn complex regulatory and technical requirements into seamless retail experiences.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of a dedicated area within the crypto product suite from discovery through release and continuous iteration.
- Run comprehensive product discovery to frame problems, define hypotheses, and validate solutions with users and data.
- Write clear, structured product requirements and partner with designers on user flows.
- Define tracking events and success metrics for every feature.
- Manage cross-functional trade-offs, lead on escalations, and stay hands-on during critical incidents.
Who you are
- Meaningful product management experience building customer-facing products at a crypto, trading, or fintech company.
- Strong passion for crypto, blockchain, or trading.
- Strong UX sense and proven experience running end-to-end product discovery and writing clear product requirements.
- Exceptional reliability and dedication to true ownership, including during critical issues.
- Hands-on experience defining tracking events and using data to measure feature impact, ideally with SQL skills or familiarity with EU crypto frameworks.
