AUFGABEN

• Market and Trend Analysis: Monitoring markets, megatrends, and technological developments, as well as identifying relevant future topics
• Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors, products, technologies, and business models, and deriving opportunities and potential
• Product and Innovation Development: Developing ideas for future products, solutions, and business areas based on market and technology analyses
• Strategic Business Development: Supporting the technological and strategic positioning of the EBNER Group
• Collaboration with Management: Preparing analyses and strategic decision-making materials, as well as supporting selected strategic projects

PROFIL

• Completed technical degree, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration or a related field combined with very good technical knowledge and a strong interest in technical and strategic topics
• Initial professional experience in a similar position
• Strong interest in technology, markets, competition, and strategic business development
• Strong analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to identify complex interrelationships and derive recommendations for action
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good command of German and English
