Who You’ll Become

The Customer Success Manager works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with SAP solutions. The CSM helps increase customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within the assigned solution portfolio.

The CSM oversees key customer milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, from deal signature through system provisioning, implementation progress, and business case achievement. The role is the strategic point of contact for customers within the assigned solution portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom phases and field phases alongside the CSM team.
  • Immerse yourself in experiential learning focused on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution and industry knowledge, strategy, tools, and process.
  • Enhance skills around your solution portfolio, customer retention, and value realization.
  • Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior CSM professional.
  • Work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.

The program offers full-time employment from day one. Upon successful completion, you will move into a direct customer-facing CSM role in your market and continue receiving mentoring and coaching support.

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.
  • Ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value.
  • Experience resolving issues and managing escalations to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Cooperative and productive working style with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes or industries.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Problem-solving, project management, creative thinking, collaboration, and clear communication skills.

Relevant solution areas include SAP Finance and Spend Management, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Supply Chain Management, SAP Customer Experience, SAP Business Transformation Management, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Business Data Cloud.

Working Model

SAP enables employees to work with a mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines. In general, the hybrid setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.
