Would you like to help leading organisations simplify complex supply-chain processes and turn SAP innovation into tangible business value? As a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you will guide customers through S/4HANA and cloud transformations, from understanding their challenges to designing solutions that make everyday work better.
You will join an experienced and supportive SAP team at Tieto Tech Consulting. We combine logistics expertise, technology and industry knowledge, working closely with our customers and with one another to create solutions that are practical, sustainable and genuinely useful.
When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you
- Design and implement SAP logistics solutions in your specialist area, such as Sourcing and Procurement/MM, Sales/SD, Manufacturing/PP, EWM, TM or related processes
- Connect your area of expertise with adjacent end-to-end supply-chain processes and help customers simplify, optimise and digitalise them
- Take ownership of logistics workstreams in SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation projects from discovery and fit-to-standard workshops through solution design, configuration, testing and go-live support
- Listen carefully to the people behind the processes and translate insights into pragmatic SAP solutions
- Advise customers on SAP best practices, fit-to-standard processes, clean-core principles and sustainable solution architectures
- Explore practical opportunities for SAP Business AI, Joule, data and cloud capabilities that can improve logistics decisions and user experience
- Work closely with business consultants, developers, architects and integration specialists to deliver coherent, scalable solutions
- Build trust with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and turn business requirements into clear priorities and actionable designs
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing your expertise to customer conversations, proposals and solution concepts
- Share your experience, coach colleagues and remain open to learning from different perspectives within the team
Who we are looking for
- At least five years of professional experience in SAP consulting within logistics or supply chain
- Deep expertise in at least one SAP logistics domain such as MM, SD, PP, EWM or TM and sound understanding of adjacent end-to-end processes
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and logistics transformation initiatives
- Strong process knowledge and the ability to configure, explain and defend pragmatic solution choices
- Confidence in leading workshops and communicating with business and IT stakeholders at different levels
- A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent German at C1 level or above, plus good written and spoken English
Topics you can grow into
You do not need to be an expert in every emerging technology. Tieto values curiosity and supports development in areas such as SAP BAIP, clean-core extensibility, integration, SAP cloud solutions, Joule and data-driven supply-chain scenarios. SAP certifications and ABAP knowledge are welcome, but not essential.

The monthly gross salary for this full-time position starts at € 3,954.00 in accordance with the Austrian IT collective agreement (ST1, Regelstufe). The final package will reflect qualifications, relevant experience and current market standards.
